The Europ Assistance Group is reorganising around four business lines to support its new strategic ambitions

Antoine Parisi, CEO of the Europ Assistance Group, is providing the Europ Assistance Group with a new organisation around its four Business Lines to support its new strategic ambitions.

Four Business Lines are being created to accelerate the development of Europ Assistance in its four areas of activity: Travel, Automotive, Health, Home & Family.

These four Business Lines now have overall responsibility for the management and performance of each of the Group's four activities, worldwide.

Snow planes of EA Belgium

On February 21st, as every year, Europ Assistance Belgium has organised an annual group repatriation procedure to bring unlucky holidaymakers back to Belgium in optimum conditions of comfort and safety. This impressive operation, which is prepared several months in advance by the assistance specialist, has been running since 1978 for people whose injuries do not require urgent repatriation and who wish to remain at the resort with their family.

Europ Assistance France emerged as a strong performer in the  ”2015 Customer Relations rankings” produced by the Human Consulting Group in partnership with Les Echos, France’s leading business daily.
 
A series of tests conducted by telephone, email, post and via websites were used to gauge the quality of the welcome and the service that companies offer their customers.

News from EA Czech Republic

Europ Assistance Czech Republic takes part in the new national hotline “1224“ launched on January 1st by the Czech Insurers´ Bureau . The goal is to provide all drivers with a single number to call in case of breakdown or accident and to quickly transfer clients to their insurers‘ assistance company center.
 
This national hotline was created to provide clients with quick and professional-quality assistance services, covered by insurance companies.
